Finally got around to making pizza last night. I had all the ingredients and decided to give it a go. It turned out pretty good. Passata sauce really makes a difference. The base turned out just right. I got Shelly and L-Man to try different pizzas and they gave thumbs up!
If I go into the business of delivering pizza – I will be able to deliver a cooked pizza in a 10km radius in under 25mins. I did a trial run this weekend cycling out past Dalys cross and turning around after the climbing lane heading to Dublin. This is 10km on the dot. Turning around I had the wind to my back and I flew it. 20km in a total time of 48mins. The pizza might not be red hot when you get it but you’ll get pizza!
can you deliver further than 10km??

have an order for a delivery 275km away! – any chance????
What about 4675km?
I feel like a pepperoni pizza, if you could deliver it by tea time (11PM GMT), that’d be great.
I should also mention that it is customary to tip on this site of the atlantic…
