I didn’t head home this weekend for a change and spent some time cleaning the house. I had a load of old broken computer stuff so I gathered them up, put them with the stuff from L’rea and headed to limericks recycling center in Mungret. I was there early enough on Saturday but yet there was a small queue of cars waiting to get in. Normally it costs 3euros for a car load of stuff, but since I only had computer/monitors which are classified as electrical goods, it’s currently free of charge to dispose electrical goods! What a great service.
I decided to take the scenic route home via Clarina (between Mungret and Patrickswell .. kinda) the road is scattered with amazing houses. If you are thinking of building there are a couple of super house you should look at. The scenic tour home was part of avoiding driving through limerick again – on the way in I had a couple of close calls: one with a silly driver blindly pulling out quickly and another on a roundabout who chose not to see me until it was too late. I had to break severely to a stop in order to prevent going into him. I am going back to the bike … it’s safer!
