Put contact lenses in – then use rub-on deep heat.Never rub-on deep heat and then put contact lenses in.
well it’s like the old story of the two condoms and tiger balm… but i’m not going to go into that in the comment box!
yes, i can imagine that deep heat and eyes don’t mix very well, same goes for not rubbings your eyes after handling chillies..trust me, it hurts!
