The astro league kicked off for the winter season this week. Our interfirm squad have entered a 6-a-side team (called ‘Headers’) and we played our first game on Wednesday. We won! Elsewhere around the astro courts the Ericssons and Seaford Rock ladies team didn’t do so well, losing by a goal. I blame the defenders.

Fridge-tastic Warranty

My fridge has been misbehaving.. some might say for a couple of years! well I called Whirlpool and they sent out ‘The Man’. The Man had a quick look and said it had to be replaced as Whirlpool (or anyone else) don’t fix fridges that have gas problems. Thankfully I filled out the lifetime warranty way back in 2001 so a new fridge will cost just under 300 euros!
So my fridge is on the way.. they’ll even take away the old one.. such nice people at Whirlpool.

brrrrr.. as Mr. Freeze said : “You’re not sending ME to the COOLER!”
