The Winter Astro league is over. The Headers winning tonight has secured their place as second runner up!! Well done lads! Here is a very dodgy and really bad photo.. (Headers in blue). We should have got Brunt up to take a picture or two because he takes a damn good photo.
I won’t make the start of the new season but I should be fit somewhere around game 10. Thats a good 12 weeks away so I have a lot of swimming and cycling to do. Swimming is great for the ankle and I’m starting to reap the benefit of getting into the pool 3/4 times a week.

“getting into the pool 3/4 times a week”, that’s really intensive. More protein supply at the same time will make better results i think:)
